Siriporn Pinaikul Division of Diagnostic Radiology, Department of Radiology, Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai, Songkhla, 90110, Thailand E-mail: [email protected]Songkla Med J 2012;30(2):105-113 บ·¤ัดย่อ: Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) เป็นเนื้องอกของเนื้อเยื่อเกี่ยวพันที่พบบ่อยที่สุดในระบบ ทางเดินอาหาร นอกจากเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์จะมีบทบาทในการวินิจฉัยและบอกระยะของโรคแล้ว ยังช่วย ในการประเมินผลการรักษาหลังการให้ยา imatinib ซึ่งเป็นยาเฉพาะต่อเป้าหมายโดยยับยั้ง tyrosine kinase บทความนี้จะกล่าวถึงลักษณะภาพเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ของ GISTs รวมถึงการใช้ภาพทางรังสีประเมินการรักษา หลังการให้ยา โดยใช้ Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) และ Choi criteria ¤ำÒสำÒ¤ัญ: เนื้องอกของเนื้อเยื่อเกี่ยวพัน, ประเมินการตอบสนอง, ระยะของโรค, วินิจฉัย, เอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ Abstract: Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal neoplasm in the gastrointestinal tract. Computed tomography plays an important role in the diagnosis and staging of these tumors.
