A “Referrer” name must already have been in the Company's customer database,excluding tenants. A “Referral” – Refers to any person who meets the criteria and conditions established by the Company whereby whose name does not appear in the Company's database, who has never visited any Sansiri projects in which he/she is interested in the past 180 days, or never been referred by any referrer during such period. If the Company verifies and finds that the name of the referral is redundant to the Company's pre-existing database or not in accordance with the conditions of the Company, the referrer shall not be entitled to receive any referral rewards. – Shall not be an employee of Sansiri and/or subsidiary companies or any person appointed by Sansiri. – In case the referral has secured single houses/ condominiums/ townhomes or other properties before the Company receives a referral request, the referrer shall not be entitled to receive any referral rewards under any circumstances. In case repeated recommendation occurs to the same referral, the Company reserves the right to consider and give the privilege to the referrer who registers and submits the referral form to the Company correctly and completely based on the date the Company receives correct and complete information as priority. Referral shall secure any Sansiri projects under the “Friends Get Friends” campaign according to the following conditions: • Ready-to-move-in projects: The referrer shall receive the referral reward within 30 days after the referral completes the transfer of ownership process according to the conditions of such project. • Under-construction projects: The referrer shall receive the referral reward within 30 days after the referral signs sales and purchase agreement or completes the transfer of ownership process according to the conditions of such project. Sales personnel including other sales representatives who have been designated in such project by the Company are not eligible for the referral reward. The referral reward will be transferred to the "referrer" bank account only and the Company will deduct withholding tax from any received commission at the rate of five percent (5%) plus the transaction fee before every payment. “Friends Get Friends” campaign is available according to the conditions of such project. Other terms and conditions are designated by the Company and the Company reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this promotion or any condition under this promotional activity without prior notification. In case of any dispute, the Company's decision shall be deemed final. The referrer must comply with Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) as required by law and in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Policy set by the Company.
