Prof. Amornsiri Dissorn บทคัดยอ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค 1) เพื่อวิเคราะหมุมมองของผูบริหารระดับสูงที่มีผลตอการวัดผล ตอบแทนการลงทุน (ROI) การฝกอบรมแบบจําลองสมองแหงการเรียนรู 2) เพื่อกําหนดและตรวจสอบ รูปแบบที่เปนไปไดในอนาคต ในการวัดผลตอบแทนการลงทุน (ROI) การฝกอบรมแบบจําลองสมอง แหงการเรียนรู เปนงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพดวยเทคนิคเดลฟาย กลุมตัวอยาง ไดแก ผูเชี่ยวชาญการจัด การฝกอบรม ผูประกอบการ กลุมที่เกี่ยวของกับการฝกอบรมแบบจําลองสมองแหงการเรียนรู และ กลุมนักบัญชีที่เกี่ยวของกับผลตอบแทนการลงทุน จํานวน 21 คน ใชแบบสัมภาษณและแบบสอบถาม เปนเครื่องมือในการวิจัย วิเคราะหขอมูลโดยใชสถิติเชิงพรรณนามัธยฐาน และพิจารณาความสอดคลอง ยืนยันคําตอบดวยการคํานวณคาพิสัยควอไทล พบวาปจจัยที่มีผลตอแนวโนมการวัดผลตอบแทน การลงทุน (ROI) การฝกอบรมแบบจําลองสมองแหงการเรียนรูมีองคประกอบคือ การจัดการ สภาพแวดลอมทางการฝกอบรม นโยบายและระเบียบขอบังคับ การเรียนรูงานและความรับผิดชอบ ในงาน การสรางความผูกพันกับพนักงาน การวัดผลตอบแทนการฝกอบรมจากการเรียนรู ของพนักงาน ทางความมั่นคงในการทํางาน สําหรับการกําหนดและตรวจสอบรูปแบบที่เปนไปไดในอนาคตของ แนวโนมการวัดผลตอบแทนการลงทุน (ROI) การฝกอบรมแบบจําลองสมองแหงการเรียนรู ผานการ ตรวจสอบรูปแบบที่เปนไปไดในอนาคตโดยผูเชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 5 ปจจัย คําสําคัญ: ผลตอบแทนการลงทุน, สมองแหงการเรียนรูABSTRACT This research is aimed to analyze the higher executives’ points of view that is affecting return on investment (ROI) for neuro - training and to determine and examine the future of return on investment model for neuro - training. training management experts, entrepreneurs who involved in ROI accountants. The purposing sampling was used to carefully chose participants. The result indicated that there are five factors that influence ROI for neuro-training; training environmental management, organization policy and regulation, 3) responsibility learning skill for employee engagement, and return on investment measurement for employee security.Keywords: return on investment, neuro-training.
