"The tragic news of the 215 unmarked/mass graves found at the former residential school site in Kamloops has shockedCanadians! It has rocked me to the core. This abuse of power has awoken me and the non-indigenous people in this country tothe horrors our indigenous children suffered at the hands of our government and churches in the residential school system. Ibelieve our country is in the beginning of the biggest social awareness and cultural shift in my lifetime. I also believe that we

as individuals can make a huge difference in that change! We can’t wait for government or the church to do the right thing. Weare the change our country needs! I’m making this post with the sole purpose to ask you to support our First Nations people.

Our family chose to support the Kamloops Aboriginal Friendship Society in their efforts to continue and expand their goodwork! Please go to their go fund me link on their website to contribute! Every dollar helps! Maureen and I want to thank you

on behalf of our family and all of our employees for helping in any way you can! Thank You" - Rick Gibson, Founder, AxisFamily Resources Ltd.

together. I myself am in CrossFit three times a week. I started at 165 Lbs and am down to 150 Lbs since it started. Ithen have gained five lbs of muscle taking me to 155 lbs. I have always tried to keep my children active and not it ismy turn. Thank you so very much. With work I would like to find more things for us to enjoy together since I do not
