The Current Problem

X+Y= -W where: x and y are water production/maintenance costs and w is the total debt to produce water; is mathematically incorrect.

Page 3: A Water Monetary Standard: an economic thesis

The New Paradigm: When x+y= water Then x+y= |w|

Water has a scientifically demonstrable absolute value. A positive integer. It is applicable through rules of sovereignty and economics.

GNP will now have a minimum value of x+y=|w|. This value is the result of the complete distribution process.|w| produces coined money which trickles out locally and is compounded upon by free enterprise.

Ideology Ideology has kept this solution from emerging. The U.S. Declaration holds that “we are endowed with certain unalienable rights” entitled by the laws of Nature and Nature’s God”. Money is in itself unnatural. A water user fee is just such a violation. It leads to indignation, entitlement water use, and conflict.Unfettered access will lead to a natural instinctive use of water. Coupled with education; water conservation will become second nature through nature and nature’s God.
