A tribute to « DaddyJacques » New publication by Pasky J acques Milet passed away a ten year ago. When I had my first appointment with Jacques Milet in Paris, I could not imagine that I was about to meet an incomparable painter and car- toonist. Of course, I knew the avid toys collector and the author he was, but I discovered in his small apartment a lot of gorgeous gouaches and etchings on Antique toys. His humor was bread and could be biting. Through his glowing drawings, whose beauty and sauciness were unparalle- led, he had the ability of creating a wonderful Antique Toys World. In fond tribute to “daddy Jacques”, I have gathered a group of his drawings of the toys he collected during his lifetime and you may find, as I did, that they are still among your favorite paintings of Antique Toys. led, he had the ability of creating a wonderful Antique Toys World. In fond tribute to “daddy
Jacques”, I have gathered a group of his drawings of the toys he collected during his lifetime
and you may find, as I did, that they are still among your favorite paintings of Antique Toys.

passionate to us. The poetry of toys, the beautiful words of famous people concerning toys, old films but never-
theless sometimes a modern presentation that you like or not but is innovative and not stagnant. He would have
