When Hosting an Event…

• Send completed event form to your Site Professional Development Chairperson a minimum of one week prior to the event.

• Remind staff to register on-line.

• Provide a sign-in sheet and remind participants to sign in.

• Send the sign-in sheet to the PDC as quickly as possible.
