Abstract
With respect to the gap on the study of users intention of
re-visiting the e-government websites in the most of previous
researches which put emphasis on the aspects of convenience,
authenticity and aesthetics, this paper explores the users
intention
of re-visiting the e-government website by means of the sample
analysis of the website of Industrial Development Bureau in
Ministry of Economic (MOE) in Taiwan. Research findings of this
study are: 1) on the construct of functional service quality,
users agree that they can get authentic and sufficient project
related information about law and policy of government from the
website; 2) on the construct of operational system quality,
users hope that they can access the MOE website successfully at
anytime, anywhere, and never encounter the situation that the
website is unavailable for any reason; 3) overall, the users feel
that
the MOE website is usefulness and easy to use; 4) users have
high intention of re-visiting the website of MOE when they need
project information of government.
