4.77.0101.965*** P.Eng. Construction review letter $620 -
* To order this P.Eng. stamped drawing, a “TowerCalc™ Questionnaire” must be completed for the specific tower site. Questions include: maximum design wind speed, radial ice accumulation, projected antenna area in sq. ft., etc.
** This requires an official geotechnical soils report to be submitted along with the purchase order for this special foundation design/analysis. PO will not be accepted without geotechnical soils report for the site in question.
*** To supply this letter a representative “designated” by the P.Eng. conducts a general review of the structure and reports back to the engineer. This person can be any qualified person in tower construction, including the customer’s head foreman on the job, if approved by P.Eng. The Representative provides a short written report to the engineer that the tower and foundation was erected in 100% conformance to the drawings - any changes to the drawings must bear the approval of the design engineer before they are implemented. Digital photographs of the following items will serve as proof:
1) The foundation excavation showing that the depth of the excavation can be verified 2) The rebar cage in the excavation 3) Photographs of the finished tower including close-up pictures of any suspected irregularities, including slightly dented
members, location of transmission lines, etc. Consult Trylon before ordering the letter or tower. Price of the letter does NOT include ANY site visits by Trylon or it’s representative. Site visits cost extra.
