I3C commits itself to address the societal challenges through dynamic global technological advances by bringing the Indian ecosystem to a sustainable circular economy. The Institute Innovation & Innovation Council is a Section-8 not-for-profit organization incorporated on March 18th, 2021. Popularly referred to as I3C, this not-for-profit company endeavours to fuel the entrepreneurial pursuits of the Business Moguls of tomorrow.
It is committed to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst the people of Jammu, Kashmir and beyond. I3C strives to build and promote the culture of innovation and incubation at IIT Jammu. It aims to become a commercial platform that is fit to incubate and introducestart-ups to the real world.

Expanding the group of startup entrepreneurs to achieve the goal of 8 to 12 incubates per mega funding. Launch incubates from Year 1 as startups, i.e, private limited companies.
Collaborating with industry partners and experts to conduct hackathons to attract entrepreneurs from across the country. Creating a robust revenue model consisting of Incubation charges, service fee,technology transfer, licensing, utilization of facility, skill development, consulting and training programs.
YEAR 2: VALIDATION MODE: LEAN STARTUP
Incubation of at least 15 startups per mega funding source.
Launch of at least half of existing incubates as startups to generate revenue through technology transfer.
Building brand & garnering trust through emergence of at least a handful of small & medium sized organizations to attract more entrepreneurs. Increasing the frequency of Workshops, Training Programs and Hackathons to expand theecosystem of I & E.
