4 Steps to Launch

Initial Sales ConsultationGreat Design Begins by ListeningYour Integer Team, consisting of a Sales Consultant, a Project Manager and your Customer Advocate will meet with you to understand your vision for your new home. Recognizing your specific needs and objectives will allow us to prepare the General Specifications & Feature document as well as a Preliminary Budget.

General Specifications & BudgetNarrowing In On the Numbers

Taking Title & Design Begins

We deliver and review with you the General Specifications & Features document and Preliminary Budget based on your objectives from the initial consultation.

Land Contract & Design Services Agreement

You and Integer enter into a land contract and Design Service Agreement, allowing you to take title to the lot. During our design period we will engage a preferred architect and interior designer, and meet with them as a team to review plans. We will create your final Construction Documents, prepare the Specifications & Selections for your home, and pull all necessary permits. You can be involved in this process as much or little as you’d like.

The Build Begins!Construction of your HomeDuring the construction of your home, you have the ability to work as closely as you'd like with the Integer team, architect, interior designer, and lender. Communication between you and your team is one of the most important aspects of a successful construction project. With regular financial reporting that keeps you aware of all total costs and your Customer Advocate keeping communications smooth and effortless, it is our primary objective to provide you with the most professional and responsive building experience possible.

Construction Contract & SelectionsCrossing the I’s and Dotting the T’sAfter the Construction Documents and Specifications for your home are complete, we will present the Construction Contract which includes:

a. A Guaranteed Priceb. A Guaranteed Project Schedulec. An Allowances and Selection Sheet for you and

the Interior Design team to choose many of the colors, finishes, and fixtures for your home

d. The Construction Documents

e. A Site Plan and all necessary documents & fees required for permitting

f. Specificationsg. The Construction Payment Scheduleh. A One (1) Year Total-Home Warranty and a Five

(5) Year Structural Warranty
