IntroductionStanley is revolutionizing access control with iPAC. This intuitive, stand-alone or browser based access control system is ideal for small to medium businesses, who only have a few doors to secure, but want to have a reliable access control system that is easy to upgrade as the business grows or needs change.

The new iPAC controller is a true ‘out of the box’ solution. It utilizes the very latest technologies including Microsoft Windows® CE operating system, powerful configuration software, a built-in OneProxTM enrollment reader, navigation jog wheel and QVGA color LCD screen.

Because the system uses a single control unit, with embedded access control software, there’s no need for additional software installation or a dedicated PC. Designed around the practical needs of installers and end-users, the iPAC can be installed, set-up and programmed as a complete standalone system and has a built in web-browser interface for remote administration.

Adding users to the system, creating a schedule for facility access, assigning cards to individuals, defining and assigning access levels— these and other configuration tasks can be accomplished quickly and easily.

The iPAC brings a new dimension to the mid-range access control market, the ideal solution to applications with between 2 and 16 doors requiring multiple cardholder access and event monitoring.

Standalone Control

With its easy to operate navigation jog wheel and function

buttons, installers and end users can quickly set up the sys-

tem configuration, add new cardholder profiles, configure

access rights / time profiles, delete keys, view and

acknowledge alarms, and view the event log without the

need for a separate PC. The winning combination of a full

color LCD screen, built-in Oneprox administration reader,

powerful operating soft-

ware, and the user friendly

controls, makes the iPAC

controller a true out of the

box solution.

USB Port

The USB port provides a

convenient means to import

cardholder data or back up data

such as system configuration,

cardholder database, event logs

via a supplied flash drive. iPAC

performs an automatic system

backup every night to the flash

drive.

TCP/IP Connectivity

Built-In OneproxTM Administration Reader

The built-in Oneprox administration

reader is designed to ease the task

of enrolling credentials directly

into the iPAC access control system,

eliminating the need for a separate

enrolment reader. The reader has

the ability to read both PAC (K2010/

K2011) and KeyPAC (K3010/K3011)

proximity technologies, providing an

incredibly versatile access solution.

The iPAC controller has a TCP/IP port (RJ45)

built-in as standard, making connectivity and

administration over a customer’s network using

an internet browser just a “click” away.
