KEEPING IT GREEN.
THERMAL-EFFICIENT FACADE• The new facade is made of high-performance glass and is double glazed.
This cuts up to 60% of UV light.• The building envelope has been properly sealed, which prevents the
leakage of energy and creates a thermally efficient building.
INTERIOR FITTINGS AND SETTINGS• Optimisation of air-conditioning settings to save on energy usage.• All restrooms are fitted with new dual-flush, low-flow cisterns, and are
flushed with grey recycled water.
ENCOURAGING A GREENER LIFESTYLE• The Towers encourages alternative forms of transportation for building
occupants to reduce local congestion and carbon monoxide pollution.• Bicycle lanes lead into the building and there is provision for safe bicycle storage
lock-up on the lower ground floor, as well as outside Food Lover’s Market, which is provided for all tenants and their visitors.

and type of waste.• A solid waste management policy and operational waste and material policy has
been developed.• A pest management plan to ensure pest control in the least toxic manner possible.
