He was a founding member and inaugural Co-Chair of the former Centre for Catholic-Jewish Learning at King’s University College. Dr. Adele Reinhartz is a professor in the Department of Classics and Religious Studies at the University of Ottawa. She is the author of Befriending the Beloved Disciple: A Jewish Reading of the Gospel of John (Continuum, 2001), and co-editor of Jesus, Judaism and Christian Anti-Judaism: Reading the New Testament After the Holocaust (Westminster John Knox Press, 2002).
