Problem Statement continued

Additionally, there is a safety issue with FPC students who drive into

Keene, and have to drive back while under the influence of alcohol.

Research is necessary to determine whether or not a shuttle service to and

from Keene would be beneficial to FPC Students and their registered

guests.

Limitations

• Lack of time

• Lack of money

• Lack of knowledge of SPSS

• Confusion of questions by respondents

Page 20: A Proposal for a Shuttle Service to Keene

Conclusions• The shuttle service should run on Friday

and Saturday• The start time should be 4:00pm and it

should run until 1:00am• Students would prefer to pay by cash per

ride and most would be willing to pay up to $3

• A majority of the students would prefer that the shuttle bus stop in the downtown Keene area

Page 21: A Proposal for a Shuttle Service to Keene

Recommendations• Campus safety implement this shuttle service• Use the same shuttle stops that are already in place• Have the shuttle run in hourly loops• Create posters and fliers to hand out to raise

awareness of the program• Campus safety could collaborate with other

student organizations such as CAB and Student Government

• It might be most beneficial to promote this service to the senior class
