EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This project was done in the company named BRIGHT WAYZ .Project titled ‘FINANCE

OF THE BRIGHT WAYZ’.

This company is basically under the MBA PREPARATION, BANKING EXAMS

PREPARATION, PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT MODULE.

The following are the detail information of the BRIGHT WAYZ COMPANY:

BRIGHT WAYZ helps to build the existing gap in between the institution and enables

you get the job that you deserve and desire. Corporate looks out for efficient and effective

professionals and not just the degree holders. A degree never adds a feather in your cap,

unless you prove your capabilities. And here in this process, starting from getting you to

the expected academic results, till you face an interview, BRIGHTWAYZ will hold and

guide your path. We nurture your strengths and enhance your skills.

I am also including the mission and vision:

VISION: To be a leader in empowering students, irrespective of the institute to make it

big in the corporate sector.

MISSION: BRIGHT WAYZ aims to deliver the managerial and competency building

skills which are conducive to faster innovation, by becoming a hub for various

educational services which will help the institutions , the students and the corporates.

BRIGHT WAYZ management services has been working in the field of education since 5

years and its associated with graduate ,engineering, and medical colleges and trained

more than 30000 students across Mumbai.

BRIGHT WAYZ is started in a vision of providing a wide range of programs to the

college over all development of the students and guides them to choose their career path

on the basis of their individual personality.

In the BRIGHT WAYZ there are various additional programmes like campus to

corporate, job fair, NAAC activities support, wellness program, professional certificate

programs, accounting and tally 9.0, digital marketing.

BRIGHT WAYZ encourages and guide its students to do their POST GRADUATION in

management and provides high quality training for CET/CAT entrance exam and also

trains students for group discussion and personal interview.

My study from this project of BRIGHT WAYZ project is to know, find and to deal with

people how to communicate, how to explain about the MBA scheme , how to input all the

details of the students ,and also go to various colleges to explore the MBA knowledge

and also communicate by them in digital methods and solving their problems.

The founder of the BRIGHT WAYZ is MRS NIRMALA TAWARE –

Nirmala’s BRIGHTWAYZ is running successfully under the leadership of

Mrs Nirmala Taware.- She is having a rich experience of over 15 years in corporate

finance and HR Functions. She is taking care of regular finance and admin. She has s

trengthened the pillars of the BRIGHT WAYZ business. Keeping up with the

achievement of the founder has been a daunting task for the group ,but has nevertheless

been the key inspiration for all.

MR NIKETAN TAWARE: DIRECTOR, B. TECH CIVIL- VJTI and MBA –

MARKETING-

Always have combination of smart work and hard work Mr. Niketan has started

BRIGHTWAYZ with the mission of developing competent Youth for the society. He has

interacted more than 10000 students from the various colleges from PAN India and

guided more than 4000 students for management career. Under the leadership of

Mr. Niketan Taware.

Our team: BRIGHTWAYZ is a competency building institute and has been known for its

innovative and customized approach for every service. Our team consists of many

professionals from VJIT, JBIMS, IIMS, UDCT, Symbiosis and IIT who have a vision of

changing the current education system / sector by imparting their respective domain

knowledge and professional expertise gained during their corporate lives.

People working in organization differ in term of physical features like age, and sex.

MRS. BHAVNA AGRAWAL:

She is an MBA in Marketing and having 15 years of experience in Training,

Management, and operations of corporate sector. She is an expert trainer in

Communication Skills, Image Management and Personality Development. She has

trained more than 4000 students as a Youth Trainer and taking care of regular

operations at BRIGHT WAYZ.

DR HRISHI SHAH- CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER:

He is PHD in Management with over 12 years of Academic & Corporate Experience.

DR HRISHI has joined BRIGHT WAYZ in June 2016. He is expert finance strategist

with specialization in Corporate Finance & Strategy. He has rich experience in Project

Finance, Equity & Debt Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

He is particularly known for developing innovative financial solutions in a complex

and challenging environment. His key forte lies in his ability to create a win-win situation

for all stakeholders.

MR TUSHAR AGARWAL :

A noted academician, author, trainer and motivational speaker with over 10 years of

experience. He holds three master’s degrees – MBA (Marketing) from MET Mumbai,

MBA (Finance) from University of Wolver Hampton, England, M. Com. from SMU.

He has also authored seven books on E-Commerce, Production management, Human

Resource Management, Quality management and more. Prof. AGRAWAL has also

published and presented 17 research papers in International Conferences.

MR TUSHAR BHILARE- MARKETING AND PUBLICITY HEAD:

He is founder of I Catch Production and having an 12 years of experience in Film

Production, Graphics, editing, cinematography, VFX and social media marketing. He

is active YouTube vlogger and blogger .At BRIGHT WAYZ he is suggesting various

marketing solutions and brand management.

• As the company is situated in the thane district many of the peoples staying in

Mumbai are not aware of the company so that customer are not aware of it.

• So they are doing the business from past 5 years so sometime it must be difficult

to convenience the customers.

OPPORTUNITIES OF THE BRIGHT WAYZ --

• They provide many verbal and non- verbal facilities to the students according to

their needs and requirements.

• It is also give the freedom to work and speech in front of more than thousand

students and parents, which is capable to us.

Marketing Mix refers to the set of actions, or tactics that a company uses to promote its

brand or product in the market. The 4Ps of marketing mix are, Price, Place, Product,

Promotion.

PRICE –

1. The service of the product is done by verbal and non- verbal way.

2. The pricing strategy of the product is 25,000 of all CET and CAT in MBA

process.

3. Price reflects the value attached services or product by the service provider.

4. As the customers are more concerned about obtaining the quality services rather

that the cost of the services.

5. In other institute there is a all time payment for the MBA, CET, and CAT course

but in BRIGHT WAZ there is optional that after your entrance exam who wants

to continue they can pay fees and those who do not they may not continue etc.

1. The work is done in the office whether it be calling, inquiries, details etc.

2. It is a service based business and services is like a consuming.

1. The timing of the BRIGHT WAYZ is from morning at 9:00 am till the evening by

6:00.pm. Hence the BRIGHT WAYZ is daily open Monday to Sunday.

technology, strategy, type of employees, management style, and national culture, culture

includes the organizations vision, values, norms, systems, symbols, languages,

assumptions, beliefs, and habits.

Every organizational culture is a unique one. Organizational plays a several role

important functions in organizations.

Organizational culture create a sense of identity among the employees. Employees

develop a feelings of being a part of that organization.

In order to keep the organization functions culture alive and vibrant, organization adopt

the HR and marketing practices.

important part of assuring customers satisfaction, desire and wants of the customer .This

➢ HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT :

The Human Resource Department: it is one of the major and key departments of the

company as it houses and manages a very huge amount of Human Capital including the

From my first day on the internship BRIGHT WAYZ helped me to feel right at home as

the superiors were ready enough and willing to pay total attention despite their busy

schedule to train me educating me about all the home décor products with the functioning

invested in my learning and trusted me to work on different initiatives that would benefit

• Most of the students belong to age group of 18- 25 years. So, the institution has

to concentrate more on those students to enhance the usability of process.

CONCLUSION :

• During my management trainee of Two months as a marketing Intern at this

esteemed organization the experience and knowledge imparted to me has been

very much enlightening and rewarding.

• Most of all the internship training has enabled me to realize the importance and

significance of marketing Personnel in the organization.

• Overall, my internship at BRIGHT WAYZ has been a wonderful experience and
