Overview

• Develop a comprehensive online survey tool to create survey, configure a welcome/end message, and preview the created survey, publish the survey to collect the responses

• Customized questionnaire preparation with the question types available with sub types/conditions and can arrange questions page wise , can move the questions from one page to other after creation

• Tool has the Unique & complicated question types like Dynamic Grid layout, Rule, Scale, Thermo widgets, Audio/Video. User has the ability to configure the scale, rule values

• Export Survey provision available which is used to export the survey responses and survey questions in CSV or PDF formats

Survey Management

• Creation of as many surveys as desired

• After survey creation, able to perform the operations like edit, delete, clone, publish/un-publish

• Build questionnaire includes selecting survey, click on question, selecting the question type from available list

• Able to manage the survey responses by edit/delete the relevant surveys




Customized Question Management

• Questionnaire management includes build and manage the questionnaire. Selecting Question type from available types like single choice, dynamic grid, check box grid, scale widget etc

• Multiple question types to meet various survey requirements





Reports

• Overall summary report to view the responses of scale type questions with graph like strength %, weakness % & Neutral %

• The Consolidated report would display the consolidated data of multiple surveys. This is mainly to compare two or more surveys.

• Statistical report would display the complete set of statistical data which includes mean, median, mode, standard deviation for each question. Can also view the results in bar chart/pie chart

• Cross tab report would display the complementary relationships between questions on a survey

• Ranking report would display the surveys with ranks and grades for the respondents

• Extensive survey reports with real time data analysis

• Export the questions & responses to pdf/csv format
