NCA is partially replaced with RCA by an amount 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45% and 50%. The effect of RCA on the properties of SCC in green state (e.g. Slump flow test, V-Funnel test and L-Box Test) and properties of concrete in hardened state (e.g. compressive strength, flexural strength, and Split tensile Strength) are studied. The mix design was carried out for M-30 and M-35 grade of concrete. The experimental results shows that the compressive strength, flexural strength and split tensile strength is higher than the use of Recycled coarse aggregate and the strength of SCC decreases with an increase rate of replacement percentage of recycled aggregate (RA). The present study recommends SCC marginally achieves required compressive strength up to 40% replacement of RCA. Key words: Recycled coarse aggregate (RCA), Natural Coarse Aggregate (NCA), Self-Compacting concrete(SCC), Normal vibrated concrete (NVC). _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Introduction The cement concrete has been very important and best building material for all types of industrial and civil works. It increase in difficulty of construction and lack of skilled labors. In congested designed of steel fair as applied to concreting in congested area, and it continuously decrease the strength of concrete. Concrete is a widely used construction material around the world. Numerous types of concrete have been developed to enhance the different properties of concrete. When huge quantity of concrete of very high steel is to be placed in a reinforced concrete member, it is very hard or difficult to ensure that the form work completely filled with concrete that is, fully compacted without voids or honeycombs. Compaction by manually or mechanically vibrators is very hard in this condition. The methods of compaction, vibrations produces delay and it increase the cost of the overall project. In case of underwater concreting, the vibration or compaction are not possible, in that case self- compacting concrete(SCC) are adopted. A. Recycled Coarse Aggregate As per the title, the recycled aggregate collected from the demolished structure located at the Rajkot. After collecting, sorting out according to its size and shape. The size of the used aggregate is 12.5 mm passing and 10mm retained. The hugh clinker to be crushed by the jaw crusher . Abstract: This Report represents that the influence of varying amounts of recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) collect from a
demolished Cancer Hospital, Located at Rajkot, Gujarat, about 50 years old on the properties of self-compacting concrete (SCC)
and compared it with the results with normal vibrated concrete (NVC) containing 100% natural coarse aggregate (NCA).The
properties such as physical and mechanical properties of natural and recycled coarse aggregates are carried out. NCA is partially
replaced with RCA by an amount 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45% and 50%. The effect of RCA on the properties
of SCC in green state (e.g. Slump flow test, V-Funnel test and L-Box Test) and properties of concrete in hardened state (e.g.
compressive strength, flexural strength, and Split tensile Strength) are studied. The mix design was carried out for M-30 and M-35
grade of concrete. The experimental results shows that the compressive strength, flexural strength and split tensile strength is
higher than the use of Recycled coarse aggregate and the strength of SCC decreases with an increase rate of replacement
percentage of recycled aggregate (RA). The present study recommends SCC marginally achieves required compressive strength
