A whole unstuffed chicken weighing about 15 kilograms when raw

should be grilled for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Its internal

temperature should not be more than 185

degrees Fahrenheit.

Small chicken breasts with bones in (170

grams) should be grilled for about 14 minutes on

each side while large ones (250 grams) should be grilled 17 minutes on

each side. Either way, they should both reach an internal temperature

of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Boneless small chicken breasts (140 grams) should be grilled for

about 9 minutes on each side while large ones

(200 grams) should be cooked for 12 minutes

on each side. The internal temperature

should still be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

If your kids love chicken drumsticks, remember that they should also reach an

internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit on the grill. If they

are small (about 80 grams), bone in and yet skinless, they should be cooked for about 7 minutes on each side. Large

ones (about 130 grams) should be grilled for 10

minutes per side.

grams (small) should be cooked for 15 minutes on

each side. Large ones weighing about 300 grams should be grilled for up to

Small, boneless and skinless chicken thighs (80 grams) should be

grilled for 7 minutes on each side. Large ones (130 grams) should be

grilled for 10 minutes per side. Temp is still the

same.

about 90 grams and should stay on the grill for about 8 minutes on

each side. Again, internal temperature is still 165
