Certificate from your Bank Institution which will prove that you
can afford to invest in Greece at least 250.000 Euro.
An Attorney Agreement, that we will provide you with,
specifically stating that you intend to purchase real estate in
Greece.
A document proving the profession and another one stating
the home address of the purchaser, bearing the Apostille seal
(Hague Convention) from the local Greek Embassy or
Consulate, if you would like to open a bank account.
As soon as we receive the above documents, we can
