This is how Image 3D works: The patient will put on the Image 3D measuring stockings.

While standing on the Image 3D platform the patient’s legs will be measured digitally.

Together with the patient the medical specialist will select the VenoTrain® stocking on the computer. The order will automatically be transmitted online for production at Bauerfeind AG.

For 25 years the effectiveness of the GenuTrain® has proven itself

a million times over. This brace stimulates the muscles and thus

increases joint stability. The new dynamic design accentuates the

medical effectiveness of the brace and the breathability of the knit.

Patients who suffer from chronic instability and irritation get an

optimal treatment with the GenuTrain® and stay active much longer.

The MalleoTrain® is the brace for the treatment of the ankle. While in

motion, the brace produces intermittent compression which promotes

the circulation of the blood and accelerates the decrease of the

swelling. Positive infl uences on the sensorimotor neurons support

active stabilization of the joints. The skin-friendly and breathable

knit is especially important for the wearing comfort.

Both viscoelastic inserts are anatomically shaped.

The new design concept allows the knit to be especially stretchable, breathable and moisture repellent. This provides effective compression and excellent wearing comfort.

The SofTec® Genu, with its sophisticated technical design, is the most

effective medical aid for any kind of knee instability. The rehabilitation

of the muscles is positively infl uenced. In addition, the viscoelastic

insert ensures the correct positioning of the patella, which helps to

avoid knee pain. The orthosis relieves the knee joint, speeds up the

resorption of edema and swelling and therefore enables faster recovery.

The vector-oriented knit is vertically elastic and horizontally inelastic, which gives the knee the necessary stability needed. At the same time the orthosis allows for muscle movement and changes in the shape of the leg.

The patented hinge locates the patient’s individual compromised axis of the knee.

The modern, user-friendly foot pressure measuring system – designed for a competent insole treatment.

MediLogic

The modern foot pressure measuring system MediLogic® offers exact and

fast measurements of the foot’s pressure points. It determines pressure

points statically as well as dynamically and shows them on a graph.

Therefore, problem areas can be displayed within minutes. MediLogic®

optimizes the treatment with insoles by submitting data via radio signal

and giving exact computer calculations.

design of the SoftSkin-Liner. With excellent characteristics of the surface

knit – the matrix is already integrated – we achieve appropriate radial

The turntable adaptors TA-1 and TA-2 facilitate the everyday life for

transfemoral amputees. The height of the adaptor makes it ideal for long

transfemoral stumps. There are two proximal connections available.

The turntable adaptor permits the amputee to easily master everyday

situations, such as putting on shoes, driving a car or crossing one‘s legs.

The pylon adaptor is equipped with a longitudinal grading feature,

thus permitting ease of pylon shortening. Furthermore it facilitates

alignment in the sagittal plane. Foot rotation may be adjusted and

documented easily when combined with the rotational grading

feature of the threaded adaptor.
