The Jewish immigrants in 1800s also play a significant role to foods in Canada. The Montreal-style bagel and smoked meat are both developed by Jewish communities in Montreal.
Canadian’s music are also shaped by multiculturalism. The Indians, British and French music are all important components. Finally, American music gives an ultimate effect, especially on POP music.
Céline Dion from Quebec is the most famous English and French POP singer in Canada, and very influential all over the world.
Canadian football and Curling are Canada’s national sports. Besides, Canadians also love soccer, basketball, baseball, cricket, ultimate, car racing, bowling, golf, canoeing, skating, tennis, volleyball, swimming, cycling and so on.
It is very common to see Canadians with professional dressing running or cycling in the fresh air.
Several Chinese businessmen from San Francisco built the first Canadian China Town in Victoria in 1858.

Chinese Culture Started to be more influential in Canada. Lion Dance in China town and the Dragon Boat in the Dragon Boat Festival attract many local people to join in the happiness.
In next 50 years as the immigration of Chinese and the completion of Canada Pacific Railway, more China Towns were built in Edmonton, Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa.
