We have several options to fit your needs.
North Conference Center Meeting Rooms
The North Conference Center (NCC) meeting rooms are the largest meeting rooms available at the World
ATM Congress. The NCC meeting rooms are in the same area where the World ATM Conference and
other affiliated organizations will be holding meetings during the World ATM Congress.
A standard NCC meeting room comes equipped with standard IFEMA furniture based on your
specifications (conference style, theater, banquet, etc.). All available meeting rooms are carpeted, have
wood panel walls, and have large floor to ceiling glass windows with black out shades. Catering, AV
equipment, WiFi, etc. is available at an additional cost.
NCC rooms are approximately a one to 2-minute walk from the side exit in Exhibition Hall 9 depending on
your room location.

The Hall 9 Pavilion Meeting Rooms are located along the outside perimeter of the front of Exhibit Hall 9 and are located on the 2nd floor.
The Hall 9 Pavilion Meeting Rooms are the closest meeting rooms outside of the exhibit hall. All available meeting rooms have tiled floors. Most rooms have glass windows with blinds that will look out over the exhibit hall, allowing you to keep an eye on what’s going on in the exhibit hall while you are meeting.
A standard Hall 9 Pavilion Meeting Room comes equipped with standard IFEMA furniture based on your specifications (Theatre, Classroom, Banquet, or Board style).
NCC rooms are approximately a one-minute walk, elevator ride, or stairs from the main entrance to Exhibition Hall 9.

The Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms are located towards the back of the hall in the 200 Aisle. The Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms are the only meeting rooms that are in the Exhibit Hall itself.
