Supplementary Figure 1S - FM4-64 staining of the ΔncsA germilings is more prominent in the cell membrane than in the wild type. Germlings were stained with FM4-64 and analyzed as described in Materials and Methods section and subjected to quantification pixel traces of several lines perpendicular to the germlings growth axes to emphasize the increased plasma membrane staining. Pixel quantification was achieved by using the software Leica LAS AF Lite implemented in the Leica TCS SP5 Confocal Microscope (Leica, Germany). Quantification was performed in several germlings obtained from two independent experiments and the pictures shown here depict representative germlings.
