Let’s explore different ways to use this app. If you have followed by Aurasma campaign, you can open your app and view these auras as you explore ways to use them in your classroom. Artist information Set up images for students to explore to learn about different artists or better yet have students create information videos about artists.
Vocabulary Create triggers with vocabulary words. The aura could explain the words and show examples of them.
Bring Artwork to life Have students use apps like Morfo to bring an artwork to life. Students can explain how the artwork was created or tell about the work.
Bring Collage artwork to life Use a stopmotion animation app to move parts of a collage before gluing it together. Lesson or Technique Demonstrations Record a demonstration for students to watch before a lesson. This would be a great addition for a ChoiceBased Curriculum! Share student projects with others Use images placed around the school or during an art show or family night for parents to view.
Use Aurasma as review or Send students on a scavenger hunt to review a unit or to introduce a new one
