Innovation,Reliability &Performance...The 984 Horizontal Screener is a highperformance horizontal 3 deck screener thatis easy to set up, versatile & ideal for handlinghigh volumes of material in quarrying,recycling & mining applications.

The proven Terex® Cedarapids 6203 triple shaft screen (20’ x 6’4”) is ideal for screeningout specific sizes of materials to maximise profitability. The adjustable elliptical throw ofthe 3 deck screen combines linear & circular amplitude to produce an aggressivescreening action that reduces plugging & increases quality output.

The 4 onboard product conveyors provide generous stockpiling capacity and foldhydraulically into one of the smallest transport envelopes for this class of machine. Thetransport width is only 3m (9’ 10”) for this machine.

Hopper and Feeder

The feed hopper has a capacity of 8m3 (10.4yds). The hopper has been

engineered with a low level drop down rear feed point & a series of

cross bars to reduce impact on the feed belt.

The 1400mm (55”) heavy duty, high torque hydraulically driven feed

belt has variable speed control to enable the user to optimise the

material flow throughput to the screen.
