Portland Maine's Golden Skil-

let award for two consecutive

Portland's finest restaurants

and eateries (Portland was

named America's foodiest small

town by BonAppétit magazine

in 2009) and now showcases his

culinary talents as chef for the

91 South in Gorham, Maine.
