TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All equipments are reserved strictly on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis. To complete reservations, full payment is
required at the time products and services are ordered. Accepted methods of payment include bank certified check, wire transfer and credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) in US or Bahamian dollars.
2. For approved credit accounts, deposit requirements are waived unless indicated otherwise upon making reservation. Full payment is due within thirty days of date of event.
3. In the event it becomes necessary to collect amounts payable to Bahamia Rental, the customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs including but not limited to attorney and legal fees.
4. When a reservation is made, equipment is immediately removed from our available inventory and delivery and labor are arranged and scheduled accordingly. Therefore, adjustments and cancellations up to fourteen days prior to move-in date will be charged 50% of order amount, unless otherwise noted on specific order form. No refunds will be made for adjustments and cancellations received less than fourteen days prior to move-in date, unless otherwise noted on the specific order form.
5. Delivery, pick-up, load-in, load-out and installation and dismantle prices are included in pricing listed on the order forms. Additional fees may apply for labor requirements outside of normal working hours or extraordinary time constraints for installation and dismantling.
6. Customers are responsible for checking the count and inspecting the condition of items upon delivery and immediately notifying Bahamia Rental of any shortages or defects.
7. To the extent of Bahamia Rental’s own negligence and/or willful misconduct, Bahamia Rental shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify the customer from and against any claims, lawsuits, demands, liability costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, resulting from any injury to or death of persons, or damage to property.
8. Except to the extent of Bahamia Rental’s own negligence and/or willful misconduct, customer shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Bahamia Rental from and against any claims, lawsuits, demands, liability, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, resulting from any injury to or death of persons, or damage to property, relating to or arising from performance under this agreement.
9. No liability for consequential damages. Under no circumstances will any party be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or income.
10. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
LABOUR Deadline Order Date For Discount Rates: February 17, 2016
On-site labour is available to assist you in unpacking and installing your booth before the show and in
dismantling and packing your booth after the show.
The minimum charge for labour is one hour per worker ordered and is charged in one hour increments thereafter. Whenever possible, all work will be performed during Straight Time hours. Exhibitor is required to cancel labour at least two days prior to date for which labour was ordered. Otherwise, a one hour per man “No-Show” charge will be billed to exhibitor.
