IRRIGATION NOTES:PROVIDE DRIP IRRIGATION FOR TREES, SHRUBS, PERENNIALS AND ORNAMENTAL GRASSES IMMEDIATELY AROUND BUILDINGS. PROVIDE TEMPORARY IRRIGATION FOR ALL AREAS SEEDED WITH NATIVE GRASSES DURING ESTABLISHMENT, TAKING CARE TO MAKE ACCOMODATION FOR WATERING TALL GRASSES.
