Vivekananda MemorialVivekananda Memorial, built on the Vivekananda Rock where the charismatic philosopher Swami Vivekananda meditated and transformed himself. The unique, structure was built in 1970 and is a blend of various architectural styles of India.
Sripada Parai Close to the Vivekananda Rock is another rock called Sripada Parai meaning the rock that has been blessed by the touch of the feet of the goddess.
Kamaraj Memorial Kamaraj Memorial is the memorial of late politician Kamaraj, also known as "King Maker of India", From a humble background he rose to become the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu through sheer hard work and political acumen. As a tribute to the freedom fighter and "Perunthalaivar“ this memorial was constructed.
Guganathaswamy TempleGuganathaswamy Temple is a 1000-year-old temple said to have been built by Raja Raja Chola. The architectural style of the Cholas is quite evident in this temple.
