Concrete - You have delivered a content, fact, and detail rich message with laser focus. You send a message that can be built upon because it is so solid. Correct - A correct message is not only correct in content, but also delivered in a way that matters to the recipients. Know your audience in the way you speak, what you say, and how you go about delivering your message.
