Seller Verification:

Company background check performed including company

registration, verification, adverse media search and financial

assessment.

Key stakeholder (allocation holder) and hystrix user (PO

signatory) check – identity verification, PEP, AML/KYC.

Due diligence call/video conference (with cameras on!). Physical

meetings to take place wherever possible.

Product Verification:

Seller uploads to hystrix all relevant product spec sheets,

certifications, test reports, SOP and payment term requirements.

hystrix undertakes product and certificate review against check

list to ensure product is export certified and acceptable for listing

as stated in uploaded documentation.

Wherever possible, certificate/report numbers run against

respective inspection database (e.g. TÜV, SGS) to check document

validity.

Allocation Verification:

Seller must submit to hystrix (not to prospective buyers in the

first step) Proof of Allocation: factory issued allocation paper,

linkage letter, etc.

hystrix verifies validity of Chain of Custody documented

submitted, directly with factory via phone call or email.

Production Availability:

hystrix checks with sellers on availability and financial

requirements Buyer must conform to before requesting Buyer to

sign PO.

support the SOP process and ensure allocation is held for Buyer

and delivered by Seller.
