500 External handover w as not allow ed during a FACCH call set-up, external DR handover w as disabled, or all

candidate cells for an external handover w ere n-areas of the extended cells.

501 No radio resources in the BTS for channel reservation during handover signalling.

503 Signalling w ith the internal processes has failed during handover signalling.

504 Target channel reservation has failed during handover signalling. No answ er to the radio resource request.

505 Target channel reservation has failed. Channel activation acknow ledgement has not been received, a timer

for that has expired.

506 No clear command has been received from the A interface during external source handover signalling.

channel type IE included in the normal Assignment Request or Handover Request. In the Assignment

Request related to the In Call Modif ication or the FACCH call set-up, the TCH channel rate request or the data

rate request are totally contradictory to the type of TCH w here the call is maintained.

625 S6 The TCH type requested by the MSC is not supported.

626 S6 The speech coder version requested by the MSC is not supported.

627 S9 A paging message is received from the MSC w hen the BCSU unit load is too high. The load is observed by

the number of unhandled messages in the unit.

628 S10 Timeout in the connection refreshing procedure.
