71 st REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATED AT ICAR-NBAIR The 71 st Republic day was celebrated at ICAR-NBAIR main campus on 26.01.2020 with the hoisting of National Flag and singing of National Anthem. This was followed by distribution of sweets. Dr. Chandish R. Ballal, Director unfurled the National Tricolour in the presence of NBAIR staff and delivered a talk. In her talk, she encouraged us to be a means of positive transition and should influence the people around us through positivity. She reminded us that our country stands united because of the strength in our constitution. At ICAR- NBAIR, Yelahanka campus the National Tricolour was unfurled by Dr. T. M.
