Corporate Packages Terms & ConditionsBy registering a corporate team in the 2020 7 Sunshine Coast Marathon, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No places are guaranteed until full payment has been received.

• Entry code will be issued once invoice has been paid.

• Once entry code has been issued, Atlas takes no responsibility in who uses the code. Team Captain to control who receives the code and who enters.

• Code will be capped to the agreed total of team members.

• No refunds will be applied. Transfer can be arranged.

• Transfer fees will apply.

• As a Team Captain, I confirm that I’m authorised to accept the event participant agreement on participants’ behalf when transferring entries to another person.

• As a Team Captain, I agree that I will pay the full team members’ entry fees. All invoices must be paid within 7 days from the raised date.

• After payment by Bank Transfer is initiated and invoice is generated, the Event Organiser is not responsible for any errors and will not be able to adjust the total outstanding amount.

• Bulk team kit collection is available for teams with 20+ members. This will need to be arranged and confirmed via email prior to Friday 31st July 2020. I understand that any team members’ race kits who register after

Friday 31st July will need to be picked up separately from the individual kit collection point, provided they have a copy of their e-Ticket.

• It is the Team Captain’s responsibility to inform team members that their race bib numbers will be collected all at once and to distribute them correctly.

• Team Race Kits will NOT be handed to courier drivers / taxi drivers. A member or representative of your team will need to collect and sign for your team's Race Kits.

• Marketing benefits can only be purchased if there are no conflicts with current event partners.

• The Atlas team will take all care but no responsibility if any damage is caused to team tents and signage.
