Narrative ideas

■Core idea: a narrative relating to doppelgangers/lookalikes

– Idea 1: Teen girl finds out that her twin sister was taken whilst on a family holiday aged 7. Decides that she wants to find out if she is still alive. Finds a picture of a girl that looks like her online and sets out on a journey to find her. Plot twist that when she finds her the girl already has a life and doesn’t want to come home etc.

– Idea 2: Girl is writing a blog to put towards her english portfolio for university. Trying to find a story to write about. Comes across quote on the internet that states that we all have 7 other people in the world that look like us. Finds a website to send her photograph to – sets out to find her doppelganger whilsst also writing an article
