AREA OF LOCATION FOR ACHE:

1. ON TOP OF MAIN PIPE RACK

• MOST COMMON LOCATION

• PIPE RACK SPACING TO BE SPECIFIED WHEN SENDING ENQUIRIES FOR COOLERS

• CLIENT APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR LOCATING ACHE ON TOP OF RACK

2. ON A SEPARATE ELEVATED STRUCTURE

• MUST BE POPERLY ELEVATED TO FACILITATE GRAVITY FEED SYSTEM

THERMAL MOVEMENT FOR LAYOUT CONSIDERATION SHALL BE FURNISHED BY THE VENDOR.

NO. OF BUNDLES NEEDS TO BE KNOWN FOR KNOWING THE NO.OF NOZZLE AVAILABLE.

CORRECT CONFIGURATION OF PIPING TO GIVE EQUAL OR NEAR EQUAL DISTRIBUTION

PIPING FROM OVERHEAD AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE TO MINIMIZE PRESSURE DROP

ROUTING SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE TO AVOID OVERLOADING OF NOZZLES
