The Chef/restaurant agrees to provide Save the Chimps with the following:
• Prepare samplings of a signature dish for 300 guests;• Bring all necessary equipment to serve, hold, and display their signature dish
plus 1‐2 assistants to serve guests the night of the event;• Remain on‐site until the event has ended;• Submit company logo due by September 1, 2017 or sooner please;• Assist in promoting the event by exhibiting event promotional materials and be
available for any event related publicity;• Chef may distribute brochures, cards, and promotional items at station at the event.
Save the Chimps agrees to provide the Chef/restaurant with the following:
• Listing on Save the Chimps’ website and Facebook page;• Listing as participant in pre and post event press releases;• Listing in online and print collateral, including 2,500 invitations;• Four complimentary tickets to Chimps Kitchen.

Frequently Asked Questions
What time can Chefs begin arriving to set up? Restaurants may begin arriving around 3:30 pm.
What time does the event begin and end? Event begins at 6:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm.
What size table is provided? Do Chefs need to bring linens? Table size is 6’ x 3’ banquet table with a 6’ skinny table in back to hold items if needed. Ivory linen will be provided.
Is equipment provided for the Chefs? Chefs to provide their own plates and utensils (extras will be provided if needed).
Do Chefs need to bring anything else?Bring whatever you would like to decorate your station and showcase your delicious tastings.
Do we get to meet the chimps?Yes, of course, but at the Sanctuary. It would be our pleasure to offer you and six (6) guests a private tour of the Sanctuary and to introduce you to the chimpanzees you help support.
