Many applications for the processing of additives and colors require small and repeatable material additions within tight tolerances. The dosing cylinder guarantees a uniform and repeatable flow throughout a wide range of applications.
Because of the constant speed of rotation, the dosing cylinder is actuated by a stepping motor. The specific design guarantees that the master batch is blended uniformly and extremely precisely. The avoidance of any pulsing during blending, provides maximum control of the process and the end product.

All Materials Metered by Weight - Accuracy is constantly monitored. - Automatic compensation for material variations.
Advanced Dispense Technology - Color and additive is held to within 1/10 of 1% of requested ratio. - New Micro-PulseTM dispense capability for minor ingredient is 3 to 4 pellets per dose.
Very Simple Operation - Fill hoppers with material, regrind, natural, color and additive. - Set thumbwheel switches for percentages desired. - Turn controller on. - The unit now operates automatically, adding components in the proper percentages. If material runs out, an alarm will sound.
Immune to Vibration - Load cell readings that have been compromised by machine shock or vibration are detected and disregarded. - Blenders may be mounted directly on the process machine.

ControlControls are available with two types of software. Four component software is desi-gned for a conventional mix of natural, regrind, and up to two additives including color. Twelve component software allows complete flexibility for any conceivable blend.
