“Servicing Communities with Opioid Overdose Prevention (SCOOP)” เป็นรายงานสรุปบทเรียนการทำงานในระยะเวลาสองปี เรื่อง การป้องกันและการจัดการการใช้ยาในกลุ่มอนุพันธุ์เกินขนาดในพื้นที่ 19 จังหวัดของประเทศไทย โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเห็นความสำคัญในเรื่องของสถานการณ์การสูญเสียที่เกิดจากการใช้ยาเกินขนาดและนำยาต้านฤทธิ์ที่ชื่อยา “นาล็อคโซน”มาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อช่วยชีวิตของผู้ที่อยู่ในสภาวะการใช้ยาเกินขนาดจากการใช้ยาในกลุ่มอนุพันธุ์ฝิ่น ซึ่งบทเรียนนี้สามารถนำแนวคิดไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการป้องกันการใช้ยาเกินขนาดจากยาประเภทอื่นๆ
