Основными принципами проекта Арт-резиденции в Никола-Ленивце являются соединение традиций и инноваций, междисциплинарный и межкультурный подход, вовлечение местных общин и стиль жизни, находящийся в гармонии с природой.Наше предложение может быть выражено в десяти пунктах:Назад к природе. Возврат к жизни в чистоте природы, под звездами, воссоздание связи с четырьмя мировыми стихиями – Землей, Водой, Воздухом и Огнем.

1.Если опыт-ценность, значит, больший опыт – большая ценность. Никола-Ленивец открыт для всех. Предлагаемая программа предоставляет возможности для широкого спектра сценариев пребывания, будь то кратковременный визит, или длительный, средний или высокий уровень комфортности, в социальной общине или наедине с самим собой. Делает весь этот спектр сценариев возможным расширение первичной проектной программы и применение различных архитектурных концепций .

2. Понимание природного каркаса территории. Анализ специфических климатических условий территории и её природно-экологического каркаса позволяет определить оптимальный вариант расположения и насыщения объектов, стиля жизни, не теряя при этом глубокой связи с природой.

3. Созвездие. Мы воспринимаем жилые группы Никола-Ленивца как некое созвездие, в котором точки на природном ландшафте, маленькие точки в бесконечной широте русской природы, легко связаны между собой узкими дорожками и тонкими тропинками. Нас вдохновляет идея будущего развития этого созвездия как гибкой системы, постепенно осваивающей ландшафт – шаг за шагом, путем создания “точек тяготения”, создания связей и зон привлечения населения.

4. Сезонные изменения. От +35 o C до с -35oC.Резкие колебания сезонных условий определяют изменения в образе жизни на природе и адаптации к ней. «Созвездие» реагирует на сезонный импульс природы, перевалы времени, сезонов и циклов жизни. Расширение летом позволяет исследовать укромные дальние уголки природы, тогда как компактность зимой дает защиту от экстремальных условий. Две метаморфозы одной системы. Зимняя компактность и летнее расширение.

5. Центры притяжения. Слободы. «Созвездие» сконцентрировано вокруг трех различных местностей, которые функционируют как «точки контцентрации» или «точки притяжения», содержащие наиболее интенсивную программу(общественные здания и жилье для гостей).Они расположены в стратегических точках ландшафта и в наиболее удачных, с точки зрения коммуникаций и энергии. Каждая местность обладает характерным признаком, - поле, ферма или лес. Слободы организованы вокруг трех дворов, которые служат общественным пространством и придают характерное своеобразие каждой из трех слобод.

6. Каталог. Вместо предопределенного дизайна каждой из резиденций и семейных домов мы предлагаем каталог концептуальных решений, с широким спектром архитектурных стратегий по разному отвечающих к окружающей природе. Мы верим в выбор и разнообразие которые отражают индивидуальность.

7. Время. Опыт Никола Ленивца продолжается круглый год и целый день. Опыт связанный со сменной времен года, со сменой дня и ночи. Опыт Солнца и звед, звука роста травы и движения животных. Коллекция объектов также привносит опыт кочевника на земле, живя и перемещаясь междй разными сторонами ландшафта.

8. Улучшение ландшафта. Ландшафт на границе участка величественен, качество природной среды может быть развито и улечшено. На участке нет старых лесов и засадка территории преимущественно березовыми деревьями привела к ее монотонности. Изменение и улучшение ландшафта в определенных зонах путем высадки различных пород деревьев обеспечит высокий уровень средовых условий для резиденций и повысит их ценность, как объектов недвижимости.

9. Местная типология зданий. Архитектура вокруг “слободы” представлена мелкомасштабными простыми деревянными избами, которые могут быть построены силами местного населения с применением местынх материалов – дерева и камня. Повторение базовых блоков, модулей и деталей позволяет задуматься о стандартизации конструкций в целях сокращения времени и стоимости их возведения. В то же время, ясность и четкость этих простых конструкций соответствует типологии местной архитектуры и ее современных адаптаций.

10. Жить автономно, в гармонии с природой. Предложение направлено на создание самообеспечивающихся сообществ, живущих в тесной связи с окружающей средой. Одна из целей не только не пользоваться энергией из сети, но и отдавать дополнительную энергию обратно.Различные элементы созвездия являются автономными. Гигиенические блоки и энергофермы предоставляют удобства для изолированных домов (резиденций), размещенных в природе.

СОЗВЕЗДИЕ – 10 ПУНКТОВ

The main principles for our design for the Art Residence in Nikola Lenivets are the com-bination of tradition and innovation, an interdisciplinary and cross-cultural approach, the involvement of the local communities, and the development of a llifestyle in harmony with nature.Our proposal can be expressed in 10 statements :Back to nature. The return to living in the purity of nature, underneath the stars, and retrac-ing the relation with the four natural elements, Earth, Water, Wind and Fire.

1. If experience is value, more experiences is more value. Nikola Lenivets welcomes eve-rybody. The program conceived is developed to provide a wide variety of scenarios for living in different conditions , wether it is in a short or long stay, in an economical or high standard, in social community or in self- introspection.Diversifying the program brief in diverse architectural concepts provides an extreme variety of living situations.

2. Understanding the nature of the site. The analysis of the specific climate conditions of the site, its natural conditions and its ecology , makes possible to select the best areas of op-portunity where to develop the living in optimal conditions and the most profound relation to nature.

3. Constellation. We see the collection of villages and living settlements of Nikola Lenivets as a form of constellation of dots in the landscape, small dots in the vastness of nature, con-nected freely in space or by small tracks and trails. We are inspired by this idea to develop further this constellation as a flexible system to occupy the landscape in time, dots by dots, through the creation of “points of gravity” and the setting of a system of relations and points of attraction.

4. Seasonal change. +35oC versus -35oC. The extreme change of seasonal conditions determines a change in the way of living in nature and its adaptation to it. The constellation responds to the seasonal pulse of nature, to the pass of time, the seasons and the cycle of life . It expands in summer, exploring the farest corners of the natural environment, while in winter it stays compact to protect from the extreme conditions. Two configurations of the same structure. The compact concentrated winter village, and the expansion of the summer pavilions.

5. Points of gravity. The yards. The constellation is configured around three different areas which function as focal points or “points of gravity”, representing the places of gathering, containing the program of intensive use (dorms and public buildings), located in strategic positions in the landscape, and in relation to existing elements of the landscape and the networks of energy or roadsThese three areas, each with a different them , the field, the farm and the forest, are organ-ized around three yards, that work as the communal space and gives its own particular identity.

6. Catalogue. Instead of pursuing an homogenous solution for the private residences or family houses, it is proposed to have a catalogue of different architectures which can pro-vide a wide variety of relations to nature in a more intense way. We believe in variation and diversity as a way to express self individuality.

7. Time. Nikola Lenivets should be experienced all year round and all day round. Experi-encing the season, the day and the night. The sun and the stars. The growth of plants and animals. A collection of objects make also possible to have a nomadic occupation of the land , moving and living along the different areas of the site.

8. Improving the Landscape. Next to the sublime landscape existing on the border of the site, landscape quality can be further developed. The site itself doesn’t contain any old forest and the reforestation of the site with mostly birch trees has delivered a monotonous landscape. The improval of the landscape in specific areas through the plantation of specific species provides an environmental condition for housing units as well as it increases the real estate value of them.

9. Local building construction. The architecture around the “sloboda”, is composed by a collection of small scale, simple wooden sheds, which can be easily built by the local com-munity workers with local materials , wood and stone. The repetition of basic units, modules and detailing also makes possible to think on a standarisation of the construction in order to reduce time and cost in the construction. At the same time, the robust and iconic image of these simple constructions follows the iconic image of the vernacular architecture and of its contemporary adaptations.

10. Living autonomously and in harmony with nature. The proposal aims to create a self suf-ficient community in respect with its natural environment. Moreover, the aim is to provide energy to the network. The different elements of the constellation are autonomous incor-porating. A collection of hygiene units and energy units provide service utilities to unique isolated sheds (private residences) placed in nature.

Этих мест необходимо избегать для расположения зимних резиденций, летом же эти места благоприятны в силу ранних и поздних позиций солнца.

МикроклиматАнализ поведение солнца и ветра на территории помогает выявить наиболее и наименее комфортные участки. Корректировка программы в соответствии с природными условиями повышает общую ценность, уровень комфорта и разумность подхода к потреблению энергии.

“Уникальные точки”Неровный контур лесного массива создает открытые пространства. В сочетании с высокими и низкими частями лесного массива, а также короткими и длинными полями зрения, они образуют ландшафтные “полости” на участке. Особо ценные с пространственной точки зрения места мы отметили как “уникальные точки”.

In ancient times, considerable note was made

of understanding the elements, for these were

considered the building bricks of the Universe, and

hence many believed that these were also part of

the basic structure of themselves.

The Wise Beings of those times saw themselves

as a reflection of the universe. They studied the

stars and nature, and used the information they

gleaned, as a method of understanding their

Creator and themselves.

All of us now live amongst nature, even those in

towns and cities, and most of us are quietened by

walking in the countryside or along the seashore.

Few of us take the time to really study it, yet if

we care to follow these ancient beliefs, we may

find that nature itself holds the key to much inner

knowledge of our own nature, and the part we

play in the great Cosmic Plan.

Семейные резиденции обеспечиваются персональными колодцами. Частные резиденции имеютобщие колодцы в гигиенических блоках. Слободы обеспечиваются электронасосом в колодце.

Электричество.Солнечные батареи способны вырабатывать достаточное количество энергии для того, чтобы отдавать часть ее сети, которая, в случае необходимости, сможет являться источником резервного питания для “зимнего” города. Это особенно удобно для самых холодных месяцев. В 2015 году участок будет подключен к энергосетям, на время проведения работ по подключению, энергообеспечение будет поддерживаться временными мобильными генераторами. Частные резиденции в летние месяцы являются автономными.

Основное производство продуктов питания производится на ферме. В близлежащем садувыращиваются фрукты. Фруктовые деревья также высажены при каждой частной резиденции.Семейные резиденции могут иметь огороды.Содержание мелкого домашнего скота, например, овец, кажется нам хорошей идеей в ключе общейконцепции поддержки натурального хозяйства.

Центр переработки.Дабы подчеркнуть связь между производствоводством и переработкой, на ферме расположен центрпереработки. Неперерабатываемые отходы централизованно собираются и вывозятся с участка.

Поле (выставка+детское учреждение)

Слобода “Поле” включает в себя, помимо жилых блоков, выставочную зону и образовательное учреждение для детей всех возрастов. Она расположена вблизи от существующей инфраструктуры. Сочетание в ней выставочных пространств, внутреннего двора (и площади с амфитеатром), мастерских и кафе с резиденциями позволяет проводить на ее территории всевозможные мастер-классы и мероприятия в зимнее время года. Дополненная столовой и административным блоком, онаукрепляет и обогащает центр территории.

Лес

Слобода “Лес” представляет из себя уютно сгруппированные блоки и спрятана в лесу, тем самым онадарит пользователям ощущение защищенности деревьями. Она может быть использована для проживания во время больших тематических мероприятий и фестивалей, которые будут проходить на ее территории.

Ферма(Центр переработки)

Слобода “Ферма” расположена вблизи существубщей фермы и сада, она включает в себя центрпереработки и яблочно-грушевый сад. Она дает возможность для обмена опытом и знаниями обэкотехнологиях и натуральном хозяйстве с посетителями, останавливающимися на ее территории вжилых блоках, на протяжении всего года. Также возможна организация фермерских ярмарок.В связке со слободой “Лес”, они могут использоваться для проведения крупномасштабных летнихсборов и мероприятий на открытом воздухе.

Sloboda : Field - Expo pavilionThe roof of the pavilion, is a wooden topography the provides an open air ampitheatre for outdoor performances with an elevated view over the field landscape.

Выставочный павильонТрансформируемые пространства под многофункциональной кровлей. Выставочное пространство может работать как на малые (до 20 человек), так и на более крупные (до 150-200 человек) группы. Кровля служит также смотровой площадкой; с нее, как с самой высокой точки участка, открывается вид на широкое поле. Кровля образует афмитеатр в сторону центрального патио и двора, в то же время сохраняя прекрасную акустику внутри. Здание легко доступно с дороги и оборудовано небольшим паркингом.

Sloboda : Field - Expo pavilionThe pavilion is arranged around the pavilion courtyard which functions as the heart of the public activity of the Art Residence. It is a space for creation, meeting, a representation. A multifunctional space that can be transformed in time. In summer it will be the extension of the exhibition space and workshops.

Для временного проживания предлагается набор экспериментальных резиденций. Расположенные в“уникальных точках” (то скрытых в чаще, то открытые в луга), они фокусируют наше внимание на опыте и эмоциях от проживания в природе. Типология из разнообразна: от поднятой петли до простого сарая, до летающего дома и вращающегося павильона. Все гигиенически модулиобщественного использования расположены в радиусе доступности. Резиденции могут арендоваться как художниками, так и креативными людьми, заинтересованными в проживании на природе.Резиденции доступны для велосипедов (в том числе, электро) и пешеходов.
