What about the stand / wall mounts for 5200/5300 Series IP Phones? Are there different part numbers?Yes, the stand/wall mounts are different than the ones used on the 5000 series IP Phones. There is a stand specifically for the 5201 IP Phone because it is a much smaller form factor than the rest of the IP desktop devices. There is a common stand / wall mount for the 5212 / 5224 / 5235 / 5330 / 5340 IP Phones and the 5448 IP PKM. It is a 2-position tilt stand with a 35 degree angle that can also be used to wall mount the IP phones. The stands are shipped standard with each of the 5200 / 5300 Series IP Phones. Can I get blank DESI labels for the 5200 Series of phones?Yes. Just as they do for the 5000 series of IP Phones, DESI will be offering labels for the 5200 Series of IP Phones. Labels are available for the 5201, 5205, 5215 and 5220 IP Phones. Labels are also available for the PKM12 and PKM48. When using DESI Lite or DESI Plus software to print your DESI label sheets, you will see that there are two lay-out choices for the 5205, 5215, and 5220 IP Phones. This is because when running the 5205, 5215 or 5220 IP Phone on the 3100 ICP, your shift key allows you to program two functions per key. The DESI card for these sets running on the 3100 ICP is designed so that you can record two functions per key.

How do I order blank DESI labels?Go to www.desi.com and go to "Buy Online". Their cards are all listed alphabetically. Page down to where all the Mitel labels are listed. You will find everything you need there.

How do I get the DESI labeling software?DESI is now offering a DESI Lite labeling software for free, and a DESI Plus labeling software for a nominal charge. All you need to know is up on www.desi.com.

Page 9: 5200 Series IP Desktop FAQ - · Web viewWhat power adapter works on the 5550 IP Console’s telephony keypad hardware? Mitel IP Peripherals: Do I have to buy a power adapter separately

In all cases, a sample of the phone will need to be supplied for custom molding.

Mitel 5310 IP Conference Units:

Can two 5310 IP Conference units be used in a very big conference room (larger than 20? x 30?)?No, this is highly not recommended. The beamforming algorithm is space and speaker position dependent. Having multiple units in a room will not make the audio quality any better. In rooms larger than this, the 5310 IP Conference Unit is not a good fit.

Is a separate power adapter necessary to power the 5310 IP Conference Unit? When the 5310 IP Conference Unit is used on the 5224 IP Phone, you will require a separate power adapter (PN 50005300) to power the conference unit. This power adapter will then power both the 5224 IP Phone and the 5310 Conference Unit.

When the 5310 IP Conference Unit is used on the 5235, 5330 or 5340 IP Phones, you do not need a separate power adapter. Whatever power source you are using to power the Phone (i.e. PoE or local power) will also power the 5310 Conference Unit.

Power adapters are NOT included with either the IP Phone or the 5310 Conference Unit. They need to be purchased separately.

Does the 5310 IP Conference unit need a separate IP address or does it use the same one as the IP Phone it works with? The 5310 IP Conference units do not need a separate IP address. Because they are peripherals, 5310 IP Conference Units share the IP address with the IP phone they are attached to.

What do I need to order to add a conference unit to the IP Phones? To add conferencing to the 5235/5330/5340 IP Phones, order:

50005321 Mitel 5310 IP Conference Module (This fits into the module slot on the back of phone)plus one of the following Saucers:

50004460 5310 IP Conference Saucer, Silveror50004459 5310 IP Conference Saucer, Dark Grey

Note: The 5235, 5330 and 5340 IP Phones support Power Over Ethernet to the new 5310 IP Conference Module, Release 2 when it is inserted into the module compartment on the back of the phones. The 5235, 5330 and 5340 IP Phones have been designed to pass Power Over Ethernet to the 5310 IP Conference Module, eliminating the need for the additional 24VDC Power Adapter.

To add Conferencing to the 5220/5224 IP Phones, order:

50004461 Mitel 5310 IP Conference Side Control (This attaches to the side of the phone)plus one of the following Saucers:50004460 5310 IP Conference Saucer, Silveror50004459 5310 IP Conference Saucer, Dark Grey

Regarding an incoming call, is the telephone able to ring when PSTN analog call is presented even if the last call used the LAN interface?Yes.

What happens to an incoming PSTN call when the user is on the line on LAN?The call will ring on a line appearance, and the user will be able to place the LAN call on hold and take the PSTN call. There is both audio and visual indication that the Line Interface Module Line (or analog line) is ringing. Conversely, when you are on the Line Interface Module Line and your IP Line starts to ring, there will be both audio and visual ringing indications.

Can the analog line appear on a few phones so a colleague can take it?The analog line is only associated with that phone that the Line Interface Module is plugged into. It is a direct line as opposed to a shared line appearance coming from the PBX. However, the configuration could be set up in such a way that the same analog business or residential line could be bridged and connected to up to 5 Phones with Line Interface Modules, and when someone called that one number, all the phones would ring (much in the same way that the phones in your house all ring when someone dials your home number.)

Will I be able to put calls on hold in both IP mode and analog mode?If you are on an IP call, and your analog PSTN line starts ringing, you can put the IP call on hold and answer your analog line. Conversely, if you are on your analog line, and your IP line starts to ring, you can put your analog line on hold, and answer the IP LAN line.

If I have 5 phones at a remote site, and the network is up and running correctly, can I 'address' that port to route locals out on that line from any of those 5 phones? Or do I have to bridge the line into all 5 phones with this module?Only the IP Phone with the module in the back can be connected to the PSTN. You could put modules in the back of all the phones and then bridge the PSTN Line into all 5 phones containing these modules. It would be like your residential line coming into the demarcation point or cross-connect box of your house and then breaking out to all the individual analog phones in your house. Each analog breakout line would be plugged into the back of the Line Interface Module and the 5220 IP Phone would act like a local analog phone when you select the analog line.

Can the Line Interface Module be line powered from the analog line? No, the IP Phone with a Line Interface Module requires 24V/48V local power or Power over Ethernet to operate, even in analog mode. If it being used as a Teleworker Solution phone and the power in your home goes out, you cannot access the analog line using the phone. You would have to have battery back up to your IP phone in order for the Line Interface Module to operate.

Does the Line Interface Module work on the 5020 IP Phones or single mode 5220 IP Phones? No, the 5020 and 5220 IP Phones do not support the Line Interface Module. Only the dual mode 5220 IP Phones support the Line Interface Module.

What systems / platforms support the Line Interface Module? The 3300 ICP (Release 5.2), the SX-200 ICP (Release 2.2), and the Teleworker Solution (Release 3.1) support the Line Interface Module (Release 2.0). The Line Interface Module is NOT supported on the 3100 ICP nor the SX-200 IP Node.

Is the LIM supported on SIP Phones? No, the current 5224/5235/5330/5340 SIP Phones do NOT support the Line Interface Module at this time.

Are the local trunk calls through the Line Interface Module on the back of the IP Phone tracked at the corporate 3300 ICP or SX-200 ICP for SMDR recording?

Page 13: 5200 Series IP Desktop FAQ - · Web viewWhat power adapter works on the 5550 IP Console’s telephony keypad hardware? Mitel IP Peripherals: Do I have to buy a power adapter separately

No, because the analog line does not connect to the 3300 ICP or SX-200 ICP, they are completely unaware of the line’s existence. Consequently, features such as transferring of the line, toll control, Music On Hold, SMDR, etc. are not applicable to the Line Interface Module. There are no SMDR records generated at the corporate ICP for Line Interface Module analog calls. As well, toll restrictions from the 3300 / SX-200 ICP’s cannot be placed on Line Interface Module calls. The Line Interface Module is not a Remote Services Unit or gateway that is in any way connected to the 3300 ICP or SX-200 ICP.

How does the LIM appear in programming? The Line Interface Module and the analog line key are not visible in system programming; that is, if you have an analog line appearance on your phone, that key is not visible when viewing the phone setup in the user setup tool. The Line Interface Module is transparent to the system. It is configurable during installation and boot up of the Line Interface Module itself. The IP phone checks for modules after power up. There are two Line Interface Module variants, NA and UK, distinguished by module ID code (Module 1 or Module 2). If Line Interface Module presence is detected, the set will check the file system for the associated configuration file. The required configuration parameters are:1. LIM Line Key2. Emergency String3. Geographic Location (just NA and UK)

Installer-accessible parameters:Country / RegionFailover ModePrivacy or Shared ModeLine Key Selection (cannot be the prime line)

How is local "breakout" configured? The analog line key is not accessible via the Superkey. It is set up (along with all other Line Interface Module parameters) via boot-time configuration at the set (via an "ANALOG LINE CONFIG" option).

How does the LIM connect to the IP Phone? The Line Interface Module is connected to the back of the dual mode 5220 IP Phone. It fits into the module slot (much like the PKM Interface Module). The PSTN analog line plugs directly into a port slot on the Line Interface Module. It also takes over the headset port on the back of the phone so if you have a Line Interface Module, you can no longer use the headset port. However, you can still connect a headset using the handset port (see headset question below).

Can I use the headset jack located on the back on the IP phone when I have a Line Interface Module connected to the phone? When a Line Interface Module is connected to a 5220 / 5224 / 5235 / 5330 / 5340 IP Phone, users can no longer access the integrated headset port located on the back of the phone. However, there is a workaround for IP phone users who want to use a headset with their phone. Use of a headset with this phone requires a Plantronics M12 Vista Universal Amplifier. The amplifier plugs into the handset port on the underside of the phone and allows the user to adjust the volume level. Follow all installation and safety instructions contained in the Plantronics M12 documentation.

Are there any licensing implications? No, because the Line Interface Module is transparent to the 3300 ICP and SX-200 ICP, it does not require any additional licenses. The IP phone itself is licensed under user and device licenses, and if the IP Phone is a Teleworker Solution phone, it is licensed under the Teleworker Solution licensing scheme. You just require the Line Interface Module hardware and an analog line to make the solution work.

Is the Line Interface Module classed as a separate device with regard to platform capacities? No, it follows the same rules as the IP phones in terms of system capacity. The Line Interface Module is transparent to the 3300 ICP and SX-200 ICP.

Page 14: 5200 Series IP Desktop FAQ - · Web viewWhat power adapter works on the 5550 IP Console’s telephony keypad hardware? Mitel IP Peripherals: Do I have to buy a power adapter separately

Can you put the analog Line Interface Module line on hold?Yes, you can put your analog line on hold by pressing the Hold key. It is simulating a "flash hook" like on an analog phone or Centrex line. If you are on an IP call on your IP Phone, there are 2 ways you can put that call on hold in order to answer the ringing Line Interface Module line. 1) You can press the Hold button, which will put the IP (LAN) call on hold, then select the ringing Line Interface Module line to answer it, or 2) you can simply press the flashing LIM Line key which will automatically put the IP call on hard hold.

If you split up the analog line and send it to multiple Line Interface Modules, does that line ring on all phones simultaneously? When one phone picks up that line, what happens to the other appearances? The LED beside the Line Interface Module Line button will light up when the person picks up the shared LIM Line. On the other phones, their Line Interface Module button LEDs will stay lit while the one person is on the analog line. There are 2 modes for users using a shared PSTN Analog Line: Shared Mode & Privacy Mode. In "Shared" Mode, all users always have access to the analog line and can barge in on the line at any time (like sharing a phone line at home). In "Privacy Mode", the users only have access to the line when it is not in use. As soon as someone is using that shared line, other users cannot barge in or listen in.

Can the Line Interface Module be powered using Power Over Ethernet?Yes, when the Line Interface Module is plugged into an IP Phone and the phone is powered using 802.3af Power Over Ethernet, the Line Interface Module is also powered. However, it is recommended that a local power supply be used for remote Teleworkers, as PoE is not usually available.

If I have Calling Name and Number display on my residential phone line, will I get Calling Line ID on the IP Phone with a Line Interface Module? No, currently the IP Phone with Line Interface Module does not support analog CLASS features (CLIP in the UK), which is what is required to deliver calling name and number to the display on the IP phone.

If I have Call Waiting on my residential phone line, will I get that capability on the IP Phone with a Line Interface Module?Yes. For further information, please refer to "Second Call / Call Waiting" in the Product Description section of the LIM Bulletin on Mitel OnLine.

What is the maximum number of Line Interface Modules that can be connected to an analog line? The recommended maximum number is 5 Line Interface Modules supported on one analog line. The Ringer Equivalency Number (REN) for the Line Interface Module is 1.

How do I know if / when my IP phone is in failover? When the Line Interface Module is programmed for Teleworker Solution, and the LAN or DSL connection fails, the display will visually indicate "Please Wait IP Fail". The failover is automatic. Once you lift the handset in this mode, you will receive analog dial tone and you are automatically connected to the analog line.In Failover Only Mode, the display will read "Please Wait". The phone will first check for resiliency mode. If resiliency is not supported, then the LEDs will begin to flash in a circular pattern. Again, once you lift the handset, you will receive analog dial tone.

Mitel Wireless LAN (WLAN) Stand:

Why did Mitel choose a phone stand as the form factor for the WLAN Stand?

Page 15: 5200 Series IP Desktop FAQ - · Web viewWhat power adapter works on the 5550 IP Console’s telephony keypad hardware? Mitel IP Peripherals: Do I have to buy a power adapter separately

One of Mitel’s competitive strengths at the desktop is the use of modules and peripherals to add features and functionality for enterprise and small business users. The WLAN Stand is a good example of a value add peripheral, that enhances the phone through wireless connectivity, but does not use up a module slot. Teleworkers can still use the Line Interface Module in conjunction with the WLAN Stand.

What IP Phones support the WLAN Stand? The WLAN Stand is supported on the 5215/5220 Dual Mode IP Phones, and the 5212, 5224, 5235, 5330 and 5340 IP Phones. The Wireless LAN Stand is supported on these phones in both MiNET and SIP Mode.

What systems is the WLAN Stand supported on?The minimum system requirements for WLAN Stand support are:

3300 ICP Release 6.1 (UR2)SX-200 ICP Release 3.0 (UR2)SIP Phones Release 5.0

Please check minimum system requirements for the phones that the WLAN Stand is attached to. They may be higher than what is stated here.

What is the maximum distance that the wireless phones can be away from the wireless access point? To achieve optimum voice quality, an access point’s operating range should be limited to a 30 meter (100 feet) radius. This will vary depending on how many voice and data clients are to be connected and how much other 2.4GHz activity is in the area.

What is required as a minimum when purchasing a 3rd party access point for a wireless network using WLAN Stand-equipped Mitel IP Phones?Commercially available third-party wireless access points require both WMM QoS support for voice prioritization of a wireless network, and WPA/WPA2 for security on a wireless network.

Here is a link to the link to the WMM certification website:

http://www.wi-fi.org/

Go to the "Wi-Fi Certified Products" link.

However, it is important to note that not all access points listed on this Web site support WMM out of the box. Often, a specific firmware version is required to support WMM, and often a firmware upgrade to the hardware is required. Mitel Partners and customers will need to talk to the access point vendor to confirm WMM is in and the version of hardware/software needed to support it.

What is WMM?WMM stands for Wireless Multimedia. The WMM standard provides QoS (802.1p/q) features for wireless VoIP phones. WMM prioritizes traffic according to 4 categories: Voice, Video, Best Effort, and Background. More information on WMM and Voice Quality Planning for a wireless network can be found in the Mitel Wireless LAN Stand Engineering Guidelines, or can be found on Mitel OnLine. If the IP set is connected to the LAN via a Category 5 cable, can the WLAN Stand act as an access point for other wireless devices?Yes, The WLAN Stand attached to an IP phone will allow that IP phone to act as an access point that can support up to 6 other wireless IP phones. Right now, these are limited to Mitel IP Phones. You will also be able to connect PCs to the 2nd port of the wireless IP phone to have wireless data access to the access

point connected to the IP phone. The WLAN Stand in access point mode will also support data devices (laptops, PCs, Handhelds, etc.) equipped with wireless NICs.

What wireless standard does the WLAN Stand support, i.e. 802.11g or b?The Wireless LAN Stand conforms to both the 802.11b and 802.11g standards for wireless LANs. 802.11b is a standard for wireless LANs operating in the 2.4 GHz spectrum with a bandwidth of up to 11 Mbps. 802.11g is for WLANs operating in the 2.4 GHz frequency, but with a bandwidth of up to 54 Mbps.

I am working with a school that is interested in deploying our IP phones to each classroom via a Cat 5 cable, and use the WLAN Stand to provide wireless connectivity to the laptop/PC's in that classroom. Is this something that can be done in the first release of the WLAN Stand? You mention that support for wireless NIC is planned.Yes, you could use the WLAN Stand on the back of the IP phone in the classroom as an access point that other data devices such as laptops/PCs can communicate wirelessly through.

When the WLAN Stand is used in access point (AP) mode, how many Mitel wireless phones does it support? The WLAN Stand in AP Mode will support up to 6 IP phones, each with a WLAN Stand configured in Client Mode. The WLAN Stand used as an access point can also support multiple data and video devices in a wireless network.

Can other wireless data devices be connected to the WLAN Stand when it is being used in AP mode?Yes, other WiFi devices, such as wireless NIC-enabled laptops, can connect to the WLAN Stand operating in AP mode.

Is the WLAN Stand capable of providing centralized management for the setting up/programming of the parameters for the WLAN Stands? There is no central management capability for setting up/programming the parameters for the WLAN Stand and each one has to be separately programmed via a laptop.

Is the WLAN Stand, used in AP mode, similar to a “fat” AP i.e. with the smarts built into the AP itself and not in a centralized controller?Yes, all the smarts for the AP are in the wireless base. There is no centralized controller, as this accessory is intended for smaller, local uses, or temporary locations rather than huge enterprise wide deployment. Each of the wireless stands needs to be programmed individually. There is no centralized management or remote programming of APs.

Does the WLAN Stand Access Point have its own IP address and the phone and computer have their own IP addresses?Yes, the AP in the Wireless Stand has its own IP address, and the IP phone and the computer have their own IP addresses. That way, in AP Mode, other Mitel Phones equipped with Wireless Stands can talk to the IP Phone's wireless stand as a separate WLAN AP device.

Most 802.11 b/g APs can be forced to "g" radio operation. Do you know whether when a "b" laptop enters the area, does it slow down only the local AP which takes its signal or is it the entire WLAN that slows? The Mitel WLAN Stand will follow the same rules that are defined for WiFi "b/g" operation in a wireless network.

Page 17: 5200 Series IP Desktop FAQ - · Web viewWhat power adapter works on the 5550 IP Console’s telephony keypad hardware? Mitel IP Peripherals: Do I have to buy a power adapter separately

How is QoS managed in the WLAN Stand?Voice over IP (VoIP) technology converts voice signals into IP data packets and converges them with data traffic. Voice traffic on the Wireless LAN is susceptible to delay, jitter, and packet loss that can have serious implications for a voice call. Quality of Service (QoS) is essential to ensure that voice traffic receives timely and reliable treatment with low delay, low jitter (also known as delay variation), and little or no packet loss on the network. 802.1p and 802.1q are protocols that ensure voice traffic receives priority treatment when traveling across the network. Without QoS, the access point offers best-effort service to each packet, regardless of the packet contents or size. All traffic has equal priority and an equal chance of being delivered in a timely manner. When congestion occurs, all traffic has an equal chance of being dropped.

The WMM (Wireless Multimedia) standard provides QoS features for VoIP phones. WMM prioritizes traffic according to four access categories:• voice• video• best effort• background

The data packets for voice data are sent with 802.1p and 802.1q VLAN tags, which store a priority level. The 802.1 p/q classification scheme has eight different priorities, which WMM automatically maps to the four different access categories. These access categories map to the four queues required by the WLAN Stand, as shown in the table below:

802.1p/qUser Priority

PriorityDesignation

AccessCategory

WMMCategory

0 BE Best Effort1 BK Background AC_BK Background2 Spare3 EE Excellent Effort AC_BE Best Effort4 CL Control Load5 VI Video<100ms AC_VI Video6 VO Voice <10ms7 NC Network Control AC_VO Voice

Because the maximum data rate for a 802.11b wireless device is 11 Mbps (54 Mbps on 802.11g devices), voice quality will suffer. It is preferred that all clients should operate in 802.11g. Even having one 802.11b device can severely impact voice quality.

For more information on engineering a wireless network, please refer to the Mitel Wireless LAN Stand Engineering and Configuration Guidelines.

Does the power to WLAN Stand also power the phone? Yes, the WLAN/GigE 48VDC Power Adapter (50005330 or 50005320) that ships with the WLAN Stand also powers the IP phone.

How many concurrent calls can we handle on each WLAN Stand in AP Mode?A maximum of 6 concurrent calls is supported on each WLAN Stand when it is used in AP mode.

Does the WLAN Stand support SVP in AP mode, and are SpectraLink phones supported? No, the WLAN Stand in AP Mode does NOT support the SVP protocol. As part of the certification process that SpectraLink goes though when certifying APs for interoperability with their SVP Server, is that they implement the SVP code into the certified APs. We did not do that with the WLAN Stand. We are using a

Does the WLAN Stand do VLAN tagging based on SSID?No, because only 1 SSID supported.

Does the WLAN Stand support roaming from client? No, it only supports up to 6 WLAN-based Mitel IP phones and data devices, but no wireless handsets so roaming is not supported.

Mitel Gigabit Ethernet Stand:

Why did Mitel choose a phone stand as the form factor for the Gigabit Ethernet Stand? One of Mitel’s competitive strengths at the desktop is the use of modules and peripherals to add features and functionality for enterprise and small business users. The GigE Stand is a good example of a value add peripheral, that enhances the phone through higher bandwidth connectivity, but does not use up a module slot. Mitel's approach to add-on modules allows the customer to deploy IP phones today, and then simply add an accessory in order to get gigabit at the desktop. As gigabit deployment becomes a more mainstream requirement, Mitel will embed a 100/1 Gb switch into future IP phones to replace the current 10/100 Mb switch.

What is Mitel's competitive advantage in developing the gigabit Ethernet technology in the form of an add-on accessory? 3COM, Cisco, and Alcatel all offer a "Gigabit" Phone with the GigE port embedded into the phone. The phones they have chosen are all their high end phones, where they can cover the high cost of embedded gigabit. But this leaves the customer with no choice of phone type if he requires a Gig Port. Our Gigabit Stand solution works across a number of phones, so Mitel's solution does not force a customer to only choose one phone to satisfy their requirements. Also, customers can deploy gigabit in their business at their own pace, because they can install our phones today, or even over a year ago, and then simply add the Gigabit Ethernet Stand where and when they need to. Our gigabit solution today is more flexible and can be more cost effective than many of our competitors' solutions.

Does the Gigabit Ethernet Stand support PoE?Yes, the GigE Stand is 802.3af compliant and supports PoE from powered gigabit switches.

If the gigabit switch does not support PoE, is there a power adapter available that powers the GigE Stand locally?

Page 19: 5200 Series IP Desktop FAQ - · Web viewWhat power adapter works on the 5550 IP Console’s telephony keypad hardware? Mitel IP Peripherals: Do I have to buy a power adapter separately

Yes, there is a separately purchasable Universal 48VDC Power Adapter available for the GigE Stand that will power both the stand and the IP phone. The part number is 50005330, and requires a C7 Power Cord to also be purchased separately for individual country-specific plug type requirements.

What IP phones support the GigE Stand? The GigE Stand is supported on the 5215/5220 Dual Mode IP Phones, 5212, 5224, 5235, 5330 and 5340 IP Phones.

Is the Gigabit Stand supported on SIP Phones? No, the current 5224/5235/5330/5340 SIP Phones do NOT support the Gigabit Ethernet Stand at this time.

What systems is the GigE Stand supported on?The minimum system requirements for GigE Stand support are:

3300 ICP Release 6.1 (UR2)SX-200 ICP Release 3.0 (UR2)

Please check minimum system requirements for the phones that the Gigabit Stand is attached to. They may be higher than what is stated here.

Does the GigE Stand transparently pass all QoS L2 and L3 info sent by phone and PC applications?Yes.

If I have the GigE Stand on the phone, can the phone still be installed in the two positions, as it is today?Yes, the 2-position tilting desk mount angles are available on the phone using the GigE Stand, however, it cannot be flat-mounted on the wall as there is no provision for standard wall mount plates.

Will PoE power the GigE Stand and the IP phone when peripherals such as the Conference Unit or LIM or PKMs are attached? While the GigE Stand itself supports PoE and will power the stand and the IP phone when it is PoE powered, it will not extend PoE to external IP peripherals. In this case, you must use the Universal 48VDC GigE/WLAN Stand Power Adapter (Part Number 50005320). Please refer to the GigE Stand power restrictions information in the Configuration Information Section of the Gigabit Ethernet Stand Bulletin on Mitel OnLine.

When the GigE Stand is attached to an IP phone, can the PC switch in the phone still be used to connect a second device e.g. a 100BaseT laptop? No, you cannot use the PC port in the phone, BUT there is a GigE PC port provided in the stand which can accommodate either a GigE NIC equipped PC or a 100baseT PC.

Mitel HTML Toolkit:

Where are the applications stored?HTML applications are initially uploaded into a target 3300 ICP's TFTP Server.
