Items to Make the Project a Success

Thermal Oxidizer: Why do we need to upgrade from 1 GPM to 10 GPM? Runoff water from rain and condensation are the sources the TO unit burns.

Condensation will end with the new insulated chilled water pipes.

Water hammering will cease due to new steam piping.

Communication between the new chillers and between the chillers and boilers.

Automating all valves. Temperature controllers installed.

Safety of operators increase.

New system linked to emergency connection to city water.
