How much extra training can you achieve over 12 weeks by doing your 10 min warm up before your session. If you trained 2 x per week – 10 minutes x 2/wk x 12wks = 240mins.

That equates to an extra 8 thirty minute PT sessions or 4 one hour classes. Arriving early and being ready for your session will pay off in the long run.
