ONLINE MEETINGS Freedom to connect with anyone, anywhere. 5 TIPS FOR BETTER ONLINE MEETINGS Protect your privacy Choose Presenters Choose the right tools for sharing content Consider what attendees can and can’t see Be considerate when making and sharing recordings You can increase privacy by: - Making attendees wait in a lobby first - Using a new Conference ID and meeting link each time -Turning on entry and exit announcements Only Presenters can share content and manage meeting options. For formal presentations, designate Presenters. For highly collaborative meetings, like team meetings, make everyone a Presenter. Presenters can make meetings more engaging and collaborative by sharing their screen or an application, presenting a PowerPoint, using a whiteboard, conducting polls or uploading files for sharing. Not all devices/clients/ apps can see or access all of the meeting tools. Check with attendees, especially those in VC Rooms, on whether they can see what you’re sharing. It is not always clear to attendees when a meeting is being recorded. Make an announcement before you start recording, and ask for consent before sharing the video.
