5 Brunch & Barks -Pet adoptions, grooming, pet photography will be featured at the event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Ardovino's Desert Crossing, 1 Ardovino Drive in Sunland Park. Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome; a costume contest will be at 11 a.m. Donations of canned pet food, cleaning supplies and new or gently used collars and leashes will be accepted to benefit the Animal Rescue League of El Paso; 20 percent of proceeds from the event also will benefit the Rescue League.
