Lineman’s Body Belt Sizing Chart

The most critical measurement of a body belt, in terms of comfort, is dee measurement. The proper dee size is normally found bymeasuring from the prominent part of one hip bone, around the back to the same point on the other hip bone. To this figure, oneinch should be added (two inches for padded belts) so the dee ring heels will be just forward of the hip bones, rather than onthem. All measuring should be done over clothing to be worn under the belt. Normal combinations of dee and belt measurementsare shown below.
