COP Workplan - Feb – June 2012• Finalize work plan with input from core team- done
• Develop and announce CoP launch in Fall / Winter newsletter - done
• Build momentum, broaden reach and identify prospective CoP members, champions and listeners by piloting concept of a monthly learning series including “CARE Talk,” email blast and global webinar – ongoing
• Gather input from potential / actual CoP members on FY13 learning priorities through formal and informal input to craft a learning agenda – delayed
• Identify and consolidate potential resources for CoP support to incorporate into FY13 AOPs. – ongoing, delayed
• Host in-person learning event(s) in late-June for most ardent prospective members and champions to define FY 13 priorities – done
