Each vendor gets one 6-foot table. Early bird pricing of $375, applies for each booth purchased by July 4 th . If purchased from July 5th to September 2nd the price is $450 for one booth. September 3rd onwards, booths will be $500 each. I am interested in selling food items. Is the cost the same? Please reach out to IHC to discuss food booth pricing and availability. You may email us at [email protected] Does the booth include an electric outlet? No it does not. If you require an electric outlet, additional charges apply. Can I pick the location of my booth? No. IHC will be assigning location of booths, on a first come first serve basis along with ensuring optimal placement of similar category booths (ex: Indian clothing, food) Can I sell beverages? No, IHC reserves the exclusive right to serve beverages (soda, water etc) at the Mela. If your company would like to sell specialty drinks, please contact IHC for approval. • How will I get advertising prior to the Mela? The earlier you are confirmed, the sooner we can advertise your company on social media. We had great success last year with “video shout outs” and encourage you to submit one for your company. If you do not have a video, feel free to send us high resolution images of your products. When should I arrive to set up? Set up hours are 10:00am – 12:00pm on day of event, Sunday October 13th. We strongly recom- mend you arrive exactly at 10am to set up your booth. The Mela will start promptly at 12 noon. Vendors will not be allowed to set up after 12pm. Besides one 6ft table and 2 chairs, what will my rental include? Each vendor only gets the one 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Please be sure to bring items such as tape, rope, markers, tablecloths or anything else you need for signage or tables.
