1. Renewable electricity balance consumption: Green gas is injected into the gas grid (CO2 removed/stored)2. Renewable electricity exceed consumption: CO2 component is converted to CH4 using electricity, and injected

into the gas grid3. Renewable electricity below demand: CH4 is drawn from the gas grid and converted to electricity

WP1: increased anaerobic digestion yield from waste biomasses (build the anaerobic digester technology of the future)

WP2: Storing energy through methanation using ”surplus” electricity (Develop cost efficient and dynamic methanation technology)

WP3: Conditioning of gas for fuel cells (clean the biogas or grid gas for the fuel cell)

WP4: Using fuel cell technology for conversion of gas to electricity (develop dynamic power backup using fuel cells)
